Our Founder
Our Founder, Kaitlyn Hoyes, is a corporate ladder climber turned entrepreneur and ICF certified professional coach. After over a decade of leading teams in the Automotive Industry, she left her corporate career behind in pursuit of her purpose: being the activator that inspires others to do great things. Her passion for ensuring a positive workplace culture and authentic leadership style has led her teams to succeed across many specialties including marketing, advertising, digital product planning, customer experience strategy and more.
Kaitlyn is certified by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and received a Leadership and Performance Coaching certification from Brown University. She received her MBA with a concentration in Management from Wayne State University and Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Kaitlyn’s dedication to learning, passion for helping others feel more supported, empowered and fulfilled in their career, and desire to create psychologically safe workplaces is what inspired her to start MaximizeYou Leadership Partners.
